About Melissa
|
Melissa Bayer uses Classical Dressage, bodywork and positive methods to help create a sound horse in body and mind. Melissa grew up in the Canadian Pony Club and achieved her RA. The strong focus on stable management and horsemanship drove her to strive for and do her best for all equine partners. She attended a four-year program in Equine Remedial Therapy to complement the correct riding methods in achieving a supple and sound athlete. She has competed FEI Dressage and up to Training Eventing as well as numerous other disciplines, from mounted games to western performance classes. Even though she has grown up with a strong focus on competition and testing, she has sought out ways for her to enjoy her horses’ company and give them a break from the stresses of training through positive reinforcement. She strives to create a stress-free learning experience both on the ground and in the saddle.
