From Foundation to Refinement

Our Horseplay & Harmony Training Programs are designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional development of each horse through thoughtful, consistent work. By prioritizing clarity, confidence, and partnership, these structured monthly programs allow horses to progress through each stage of their education in a way that supports long-term soundness, willingness, and trust.


Through a relationship-first approach rooted in classical principles and modern behavioural understanding, we aim to create calm, capable horses who move forward in their work with confidence and understanding.


Training sessions may be completed by the trainer working independently with your horse, or scheduled as a private lesson with the owner — depending on your individual goals and where you and your horse are in your journey together.


Owner involvement is welcomed and encouraged through scheduled private lessons, allowing for continuity and clarity between professional training sessions.

Program Structure and Commitments

​In order to support meaningful and lasting development, a minimum commitment of three months is recommended for horses entering active training or beginning a new phase in their education. This allows time for physical adaptation, emotional confidence, and clear understanding to develop without unnecessary pressure.

Training plans are developed collaboratively based on each horse’s individual needs and may include groundwork, in-hand development, liberty work, classical under-saddle training, exposure to new environments, or preparation for sale or competition.

For horses who are being started under saddle, restarted, or who would benefit from additional consistency as they build strength, understanding, and confidence, a higher-frequency training schedule is often the most supportive path.

Program placement is determined in consultation to ensure each horse is receiving the level of consistency most appropriate for their current stage of development.

Training may also include exposure to new environments, off-property experiences, or show preparation as appropriate to your horse’s development.

Our most comprehensive program for horses being started, restarted, prepared for sale, or those who benefit from regular, hands-on support as they build confidence, clarity, and consistency in their work.

As training frequency increases, clients benefit from a preferred per-session rate to support steady progress through consistent and low-pressure development.

Availablity

Because we offer an immersive and highly individualized experience, we accept only a small number of training horses at a time. This ensures that every horse receives the depth of attention and thoughtful progress they deserve.
